Description

When I issue 'sugar-install-bundle Browse-101.xo', I get:

File "/usr/bin/sugar-install-bundle", line 18, in <module>
bundle.install()
TypeError: install() takes at least 2 arguments (1 given)

Joyride 2590 no longer had the error in line 18.

However, the newly installed Activity did not show up in Home View (list) until the system was rebooted.

In Joyride-2631 the CLI command 'sugar-install-bundle' did unzip an .xo bundle to /home/olpc/Activities/, but Home View (list panel) continued to show the previous version number for that Activity until the XO was rebooted.
