Description

The more we work on this, the more we see reasons for a KMS driver for the XO-1.5. It would allow us to stop duplicating the modesetting code in the kernel and openchrome, make Mitch happier, and also allow us to enable the hardware cursor again. (see #9561)

This should be moved to a "Second XO-1.5 software release" type milestone, since we're too low on time to do it this time around.
